DESIGNER
Qualifications:

Minimum 3 -5 years with a focus on Retail, Food & Beverage, Hospitality

Bachelor's degree in Design or Architecture

Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, 3D and other modeling software programs such as Rhino and 3D Studio Max
-
Knowledge of materials, construction techniques and building codes

Strong knowledge of the design and architectural process

A quick learner with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment

Strong organization, communication and relationship management skills
Responsibilities

Responsible for the complete set of documents

Coordination with internal and external stakeholders

Must be capable of reviewing shop drawings for accuracy prior to final review by the Project Manager, and to attend any construction field meetings with a contractor and address issues arising from construction with confidence and decisiveness.

Site survey of building conditions

Coordination with client and project consultants including architects, mechanical and electrical engineering, lighting, acoustical, structural teams.

Preparation of administrative documents including survey reports, meeting minutes, scope of work description and punch lists.

POSITION
PROJECT MANAGER
Responsibilities:
-
Manage all aspects of real estate, leasing, due diligence, budget, design, architecture, permitting and construction phases of corporate, hospitality and retail projects in the U.S.
-
Interfaces with all levels of client and consultant management
-
Manages clients, contractors, and consultants to adhere to overall budget and schedule.
-
Oversees all aspects of Vendor Contracts and Lease terms throughout the duration of the project.
-
Conceptual detailed budgeting and estimating.
-
Oversees billing process for accuracy and appropriateness vis-à-vis project schedule.
-
Coordinates activities related to the development of project specifications, furniture budgets, building code reviews, construction methodology for most types of projects.

Manage permitting and financial close outs of projects.
Qualifications:
-
5 to 7 years of professional experience as owners rep/ project manager, construction project manager or Architectural Project Manager with a Minimum of 2 years in the national hospitality or retail design field

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; fluent in English (oral and written)

Strong leadership, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
-
Must be incredibly organized and possesses excellent interpersonal communication skills to effectively manage and motivate team members and coordinate all consultant activities.

Ability to read, maintain, and update budgets
-
In depth knowledge of architectural & mechanical standards, construction detailing, basic building codes
-
Excellent software knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft schedule

Experience in physical surveys and due diligence reporting

Ability to travel a must
